2. What types of data do we collect?

‍The MIR Centro-Sul platform, may operate together with other companies in a wide range of activities, including to provide location functionalities, advertisers, sponsors and commercial partners, online and offline, in addition to dissemination tools and performance analysis. The MIR Centro-Sul platform collects and transfers personal data collected in Brazil to countries located in the European Union and to the USA. This transfer takes place for Partners who work in the processing of personal data, and these transfers only involve Partner companies that have demonstrated that they are in the process of complying or complying with the GDPR and the Brazilian sectoral data protection laws.

6. How long will the data be stored?
‍We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect it, including for the purposes of complying with any legal, contractual obligations, or request of competent authorities.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm arising from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purpose of processing your data and whether we can achieve such purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.

If you use our products and services, your account information will be kept for as long as you keep that account active. If you request cancellation, your information will be deleted within  60 days after account cancellation. If you are a lead, information regarding your interactions with us will be stored for a period of 5 (five) years. Likewise, if you request the deletion of your data and/or your account, in this case, we will keep the data for another 72 (seventy-two hours) after your deletion request.
